Regarding the refund of NEM

The current price of NEM is about 40 yen.
If NEM is refunded at a price of
88.5 yen,
and profits arise at that price,
they will be subject to taxation.
Then, roughly half of the refunded amount
can be used to buy back NEM.
Therefore, not only will there be withdrawal of Japanese yen,
but buybacks are also expected to occur, of course.
