Central Plains Shun Report (NYSE Dow Jones Average / Nikkei Average) No.169 September 26, 2022
・Points
Medium- to long-term outlook (despite being the second-phase pattern starting from March 2020, the 15.5-month cycle bottom is approaching) No change
The first 4-year cycle is a combination pattern of two 24-month cycles and three 15.5-month cycles. The rise from the 24-month cycle bottom started in June, but as the 15.5-month cycle bottom is expected around November, there is a temporary sharp drop. If the second 24-month cycle is bullish, there is a possibility to maintain an uptrend until around March next year.
・Points
Medium- to long-term outlook (the rise of the second 24-month cycle ends and the 15.5-month cycle declines) No change
The 24-month cycle bottomed on March 9. Time and price targets are achieved (time within roughly ±3 months of March, price at or below 25,280). It is the first PC of the second 24-month cycle, but we are entering a time zone where the 15.5-month cycle begins to exert downward pressure.
