Early-stage breakout trading: the only way to enter at the top and bottom
【Question】
When it comes to early-stage breakout trading
I know the profits can be large
but I’m not able to keep up with the understanding
If a trend appears, I think I can profit and be happy, but
it takes time, right?
During that period, my mindset doesn’t last
I know the logic will profit, but
I can’t keep up with the act of trading
I always end up giving up
What should I do?
【Answer】
Well,
early-stage breakout trading
works well if the first trading logic is early-stage breakout trading
I’m new to both handling and trading, so I don’t have unnecessary market concepts
But those who change their approach to early-stage breakout tend to switch from other logics like averaging down
Therefore, they end up giving up before showing profits from early-stage breakout
The reason is that although early-stage breakout ultimately yields profit
the trades from the start to the end are wasted
and you tend to feel more like gambling than trading
In contrast, averaging down logics
can be increased daily, so ultimately they revert to the trading logic
Early-stage breakout is
almost a mental trading in itself
Mental state becomes the most important factor
Basically
the combination of technicals + mental state is the strongest
and doing it with the early-stage breakout trading logic
is the easiest way when doing capital-raising trades
However, elevating to that trading logic
is still difficult; but once you elevate, the mental state will follow
by that time, early-stage breakout will become a simple trading logic

Thank you
Early-stage breakout is simple yet difficult, so I’m glad
to hear that
Early-stage breakout seems hard, but
I want to increase my profits, so I’ll give it a try
