Medium- to long-term outlook (the 6.9-year and 26-month cycle falls on June 16 or a November date)

From February 2016, the 6.9-year cycle begins. June 16 was a bottom at 6.9 years and at the third 26-month cycle. However, the valid bottom for the 6.9-year cycle is January 2023. The current PC bottom could also be the week of November 21 within +/- 4 weeks as the bottom of the 6.9-year cycle.

Medium- to long-term outlook (the 46-month cycle consists of either three 15-month cycles or two 23-month cycles. The 23-month cycle bottom is June 20)

From April 2020, a new 46-month cycle began. The target for the 23-month cycle is February 2022 +/- 4 months, with the bottom on June 20. However, an 15-month cycle bottom is expected around December, so the rise may already have ended.
