[Learning Stocks on YouTube] Honestly, what about the trendy “U.S. stocks”?
Good evening, this is Shimoyama.
Today's newsletter is
a紹介 of the YouTube video released this week.
In the video released on Tuesday this week,
we talked on the theme
of "This is all it takes to cure a habit of giving up after a few days!"
Please take a look.

Now, a habit of giving up after a few days refers to
the act of deciding to do something,
but when you try it, you get bored
or it becomes tough,
and you end up quitting,
right?
If you understand the cause,
you’ll be closer to a solution, right?
Can you think of one?
...In other words,
what is it that you are able to continue doing consistently?
In my case, for 365 days,
almost without fail,
I play mobile games.
You might think, "Games?"
but even though it’s just a game,
there are people who cannot continue every day.
Even so, I continue because
the reason I can keep going is that it’s simply enjoyable.
For different people it may be different, but
in my case, as long as it’s something enjoyable,
I can continue it without difficulty.
That means the reason you can’t continue is that
in my case, it’s because it’s "boring."
So,
the important part starts here:
to make it possible to continue something that you would otherwise give up after a few days,
you need to change your perspective.
If you’re not continuing because it’s boring,
you should create a system that makes it enjoyable somehow!
For concrete parts,
the video explains in detail,
so please watch it.
Now, one more video,
released yesterday on Thursday,
on the topic,
"Honestly, what's up with the hot topic 'US stocks'?"
Please take a look at this.

Recently with US stocks,
I’ve received more inquiries
than before.
Concerns around Russia-Ukraine
and sentiment after the FOMC have caused
the values to drop,
but the NY Dow and others
have reached all-time highs in some periods,
and looking at the growth rate,
investors tend to focus more on US stocks
than domestic ones.
In fact, I
also think that regarding US stocks,
the conclusion is positive.
However, as with anything,
there are good sides as well as points to watch.
For more details,
please watch the video.
Well then, thank you for joining me today as well.
Thank you very much.
