EA's Real Account Operating Status (Mid-June 2022)

June 2022 EA Mid-Year Report
My June feels like the overall EA is stagnating somehow. It’s just stagnating without any screams, so there isn’t much to record.
The anomaly-type seems a bit lackluster.
The USD/JPY hit 135 for the first time in 20 years. It raises concerns about further inflation.
For us commoners, this is not good for the yen depreciation.
Furthermore, the Thai baht has exceeded 3.8, making life hard for overseas-oriented investors. I’ve always calculated at 3.0, so that’s roughly a 20% increase.
The Asian currency crisis is whispered in some circles (GS), so I’m keeping it in the back of my mind and watching forex from many angles.
The only real beneficiary is that the dollar assets I have been accumulating for years are increasing.
This 135 yen is the second time I’ve experienced it. The first time it fell below 80 yen afterward.
Looking at the monetary base, this seems near the limit, but interest rates and the risk are not good. If it goes to 150 yen, that could herald a reoccurrence of the Asian crisis…

P/L feels slightly negative (this month so far is 52 PIPS, sluggish)
Currently, as stated in May’s report, the EA is mainly GBP-related and anomaly types; if the pound underperforms, it’s quiet.
Moreover, the anomaly-type is also a bit lackluster. (Probably not good to rely on this as the mainstay)
As a result, June ends up with no standout main positions, feeling like a休憩 (break).
I have a feeling this month might end up like this as well.
But there was a time when I earned 1000 PIPS in one week, so I’m waiting with expectations.
Originally, my stance was not to lose, so there are months like this in EA operation.
This month might be a month of taking a breather. I’ll wait patiently without forcing it.
Overseas I’m watching a little longer, so I’ll keep observing and enjoy Thailand during this time.
A quick word. This is indeed a good EA—great for beginners (the SET file is only tweaking SL).

The price is high, but with a little ingenuity it’s interesting. Differences appear between brokers.
The Repeater-type scenario collapsed, so it has ended for now. No real gains, so taking a break for a while.

It has been six months since it started. BT expects around 10,000 per month, and the real account is the same.
Operating with a reduced-risk SET file, so even if the official account dies, it stays alive.
Therefore, from this month, I’ve increased the position size by one level, so profits should rise a little.
The official account had a larger loss on 5/31 and as of 6/14, is in an unrealized loss state, but mine has been running smoothly without wind. The official unrealized loss doesn’t exist for me.
From the same author, there are other EAs, but I may prefer the position-taking method of WALL-ST.

3. MNPM is starting smoothly
This is a free EA, so you can make GOLD, JP225, etc., by crafting the SET file. For now, starting smoothly.
Now it seems to be a counterpart to a discretionary combo, so I’m not using indicators much.

I prefer to stay in the market only a little, since I came from stocks.
I think it’s better to adjust the LOT to match the EA’s wavelength and manage it.
Nowadays, one-position EAs are run with FLAT LOT while repeat-type ones are mixed with discretionary, to trade without forcing things.
This way, you don’t have to watch the chart closely, making it possible to trade while traveling abroad or just having fun.
In the future, EA forces will be three units: one-position EA, multi-position EA, and martingale EA.
Someday I’ll think about how to choose EAs from GOGOJungle. At first, I’ll参考 the popular rankings below, but don’t be swayed by popularity.
