“Eastern Economic ONLINE column now available” If you understand this, you can solve the challenges of investing.
Good morning, this is Matsushita.
At the seminar held the other day,
as an initial approach,
I talked about how investors' challenges and weaknesses can be classified into four stages.
Those four are,
before the buying and selling occurs,
1. Lack of knowledge
2. Lack of targets
at the time of buying and selling
3. Problems with the rules
4. Mental problems
Probably your challenges and worries also
fall into one of these four stages,
somewhere above.
If you know where you fit, the response is easy.
1. For those in the knowledge-deficient stage,
read books and attend seminars.
2. For those lacking targets,
learn about targets.
3. For those with problems in the rules,
correct the problematic parts of the rules.
4. For those with mental problems,
practice investing diaries, past verifications, and money management,
and control your mindset.
All challenges and worries in investing
are divided into specific stages,
and each has a clear remedy.
When a challenge is clearly defined,
its solution begins.
Please refer to the above,
determine which stage your challenges and worries are in,
and work to resolve them.
Then losses will gradually turn into profits.
