Stock Tarou who earned 600 million yen in 7 years: asset progression and how it is to be etc.
Hello everyone, nice to meet you. My name is Kabutarou.
Since this is my first time writing an article, please forgive me if it’s not great.
This time, as the first post, I’d like to introduce myself.
【Basic Information】
Name → Kabutarou
Age → Not disclosed
Gender → Male
Address → Kansai
Investment history → 8th year
Age started investing → 16
Investment genres → Stock investing, cryptocurrency
I’m the kind of person like this. By the way, people often mistake me for gay, but I’m 100% into women (laugh).
【Asset Progress】
Year 1 → +about 5.9 million yen
Year 2 → +about 12.3 million
Year 3 → +about 36 million
Year 4 → +about 110 million
Year 5 → +about 147 million
Year 6 → +about 56.8 million
Year 7 → +about 240 million
Year 8 → +about 10.72 million (unrealized gains included)
This is how it has been steadily increasing.
In the sixth year I had a hospitalization period and didn’t win much, but on an annual basis I have never lost.
Of course, on a monthly basis there are losses, butas long as I end up winning over the year, that’s fine I believe.
【Main Text】
I started investing at 16 years old (first year of high school).
There was a billionaire investor among my father’s friends, and I started by imitating his trades.
So I hardly ever read books or watched videos.
If I hadn’t been in this environment, I probably wouldn’t have started investing. I’m grateful to my father.
As above, my investment performance has progressed smoothly, but as a student I was constantly competing for top ranks in grades.
However, I loved mathematics and always scored above 90, while I rarely scored more than 10 points in the other four subjects.
I wouldn’t even know the map of Japan.
Most readers of this article are probably older than me.
So,
“Why does a kid like you win so much?”
you might be wondering.
I hope to answer that question in future articles.
As I mentioned earlier, I’m not very good at studying, so I don’t understand difficult jargon or economics.
Nevertheless, I will introduce the methods and ways of thinking that helped me win, so please read on.
【Difference Between Winners and Losers】
To close the article, I’ll share one difference between those who win and those who lose.
That is,“Daily review and reflection”.
One reason I have kept winning since my first year is thatI have always done a daily recap and reflectionwith my old man.
I explain to my old man thereason I investedandthe rules I follow, and while answering his questions, I gain new insights. I reflect those insights in the next day’s trades.
By making this habit a part of me, I reduce meaningless investing and gradually become able to win as expected.
“What’s important is not winning or losing, but the reasons you invested; analyze your own habits and compatibility to find your edge.”
If you feel you’re not doing this, please start today, reduce wasted investing, and start winning as you should!
From now on, I plan to post about once or twice a week, so please read.
Also, I’m currently aiming for 500 followers on Twitter and I’m doing my best to reach that.
If I surpass 500 followers, as a thank-you event,
I will lottery a PC worth 150,000 yen and two monitors.
Please apply and I hope it will enhance your investing environment.
Thank you for your continued support of Kabutarou.
