That was the start of his journey.
By the end of 2005, before the Livedoor Shock, I was already working full-time on a PC; seeing reports on news sites that the stock market was blooming, people were making money as stocks rose, so I naturally opened an online securities account and began investing in individual stocks.
However, the Livedoor Shock, triggered by the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office's raid on Livedoor on January 16, 2006, caused the individual stocks tensoko-san bought to drop sharply, and he suffered painful losses.
From there, I poured passion into learning trading.
At first, I researched companies and bought and sold those stocks, or pursued trading profits by selling and buying, but
the more I studied,
individual stocks can have unpredictable factors no matter how thoroughly you research them and stock prices can swing widely, causing large losses. |
I grew tired of this and felt the limits of investing as an asset class; if that is the case,

I believed that trading Nikkei 225 futures carried far less risk and that price movements were easier to predict, so I shifted my study and investments to Nikkei 225 futures, and then to FX.

And, tensoko-san developed indicators used in trading, and while checking the indicators,
they focused on Nikkei 225 futures, FX, and more recently cryptocurrency trading, achieving results.
