Announcement Regarding Publication of Improvement Plan and Situation Report As we announced in the timely disclosure dated August 6, 2021, "Notice of Designation of Specified Market for Special Attention and Request for Penalty for Breach of Listing Agreement," the Tokyo Stock Exchange determined that our internal control framework and related matters required improvement, and on August 7, 2021 we were designated as a "Special Attention-Listed Company." We deeply reflect on this situation, and based on the results of the investigation by the Independent Committee in the timely disclosure dated October 29, 2021, "Notice Regarding Receipt of the Investigation Report by the Independent Committee," we have analyzed the causes of the recent improper accounting matter and other related party transactions by management and executives, and the sequence of issues leading to the designation of Special Attention, and have prepared measures for improvement, which we wish to announce.
