December 22 (Friday) Bitcoin FX Trade Report
Hello everyone, we are still halfway through NY time, but another week of trading has ended.
How did your trading results look?
This week was supported by mid- to long-term trades in currency pairs. On Monday, amid observations of a change in the South African presidency, the South African rand rallied, leading to full settlement of USD/JPY with the rand.
The Turkish lira/yen held at 28 in November, and in December has been steady; perhaps a “swap lifeline” for living expenses? The Brazilian real/yen has seen the policy rate decline this year, but since the range forms a good box, we’re receiving swap benefits.
The Mexican peso/yen is held to a small extent, and we’re receiving small swaps as well.
Today, Bitcoin fell. In the summer, I settled about four-fifths of my aging brick phone Bitcoin assets at 720,000 yen, and later it surged more than threefold to 2.5 million yen, but I missed the chance to buy, and today it dropped below 1,660,000 yen.
From 2,200,000 yen, I have been averaging down to 1,660,000 yen, and if it continues to drop toward the weekend, I plan to accumulate more.
● BitFlyer, the main platform for Bitcoin FX trading
● One of my favorites, bitbank, has also started trading Ethereum, Litecoin, and Ripple
● FXTF entered the crypto trading scene with BIT TRADE
We still have half of NY time left, so have a good weekend and a Christmas holiday.
