Learn about Line 8: Basic concepts about entry and settlement
People often say, “Exits are the hardest,” but
basically, the thing to be most particular about is the entry,
and I believe that timing is the most important.
The points where attention concentrates are
1not frequently reached by a single currency pair, so
it is very important not to stubbornly fix on one currency pair and try and fail,
but to search among multiple currency pairs for a highly reliable pattern.
Understanding the market’s essence of “majority vote”
gives true meaning to “Line Trading.” If you know this,,
and you enter based on a valid line,
you are more likely to see strong price movement after entry,
and the subsequent exit becomes very clear.
[Take-profit timing]
・Before entering, set in advance a resistance rate where a strong rebound is likely to occur.
・Or, continue holding until a reversal signal appears in the post-entry trend.
[Stop-loss timing]
・Until the price breaks the line that underpinned the entry.
・Or, exit when a reversal signal occurs in the post-entry trend.
Which criterion to use for exits depends on
the chart shape at that moment, as well as the momentum after the breakout and the strength of geopolitical factors and content.
