As announced today in the "Notice of the expected submission date for the second-quarter report for the fiscal year ending March 2022," due to the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s delisting criteria, we were unable to submit the second-quarter report for the fiscal year ending March 2022 (covering from July 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021) with the attached quarterly review report by the legally extended submission deadline of January 17, 2022. After excluding holidays, the submission could not be completed by today, January 27, 2022, which is the eighth business day following the extension approval. Consequently, the Tokyo Stock Exchange has designated our stock as a draft/targeted issue (sōsei meigara) as of today, and it is expected to be delisted on February 28, 2022, which is the date one month after the day following today, the next day. Therefore, we inform you of the above.
