The company hereby announces that at today's Board of Directors meeting, we resolved to apply for listing of our common stock on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's new market segment under the "Standard Market" as of the transition date of April 4, 2022. In addition, the company has received from the Tokyo Stock Exchange on July 9, 2021 the "Preliminary result of the suitability for the new market segment's listing maintenance criteria" and confirms that it complies with the listing maintenance criteria for the "Standard Market." Going forward, in accordance with the schedule set by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, we will proceed with the necessary procedures for applying to select the new market segment.
