■ Reason for the substantial increase By increasing the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) incentive, we aim to promote employees to acquire and hold company shares, enhance employees' welfare, and increase awareness of participation in our company's management. We believe that asset formation through employees' own company shares will further raise our corporate value, and therefore we have implemented this substantial increase. In addition, although the eligibility had previously been limited to full-time employees, in light of the diversification of work styles in society and the various ways employees related to our company contribute, we have decided to expand the eligibility beyond full-time employees to contract employees, part-timers, casual workers, and temporary employees as well.
