Consider the time to sell and buy
Hello, I am Nikkei OP Trader of the admin.
Thank you very much for visiting this blog.
I would like to provide information that is useful to everyone, so please continue to support me.
Now, the theme this time isBuying with the idea of the timing to sell.
It was a quiet Monday start on November 13, about 800 yen lower than the high of 23,382.12 on the 9th.
This is the so-called pullback.
However, whether it is okay to buy here is a matter of debate.
Simply buying because the price went down from the high is not enough, no matter how much money you have.
What is needed isthe reason for prices to rise in the future.
If so, you can take profits at that time.
In other words, whether there will be investors willing to buy higher prices in the future.
★ Earnings announcements: Nearly finished. They can no longer serve as a supportive factor.
★ U.S. interest rate hikes: One more rate increase seems possible within the year, but it is probably already priced in. For 2018, there might not be much expectation of further hikes.
Therefore, a widening interest rate gap leading to a weaker yen and stronger dollar is not much to expect.
In such a situation, breaking through the recent high and rising seems quite difficult.
Also, as a precaution, keep an eye out for signs of large-scale fiscal stimulus.
