【2021.11.10】Market recap and future considerations
【Stock Price】
U.S. stocks yesterday declined: Dow Jones Industrial Average down 112.24 points, S&P 500 down 16.45 points, Nasdaq down 95.82 points.
• Yesterday I wrote that there was selling pressure in the Nikkei average, so U.S. stocks are likely to fall as well.
That trend continues.
• Today the Consumer Price Index will be released.
Inflation has been a topic in the market, so the CPI figures could cause the market to move significantly.
However, inflation has been watched for gauging the timing of tapering, but now that tapering has been announced to begin, we do not know how closely it will continue to attract attention.
• Fear & Greed Index is at 86.
