This EA trades with awareness of the time when the Goto-to (NY) settlement rate is determined.
It starts trading at the specified start time on the Goto-to day and closes the trades at the end time.
If the next Goto-to day is a holiday (weekend or public holiday), it also supports “preponed Goto-to day” where the preceding business day becomes the Goto-to day.
Among holidays, some dates change year by year (the nth Monday of the month, vernal equinox day, autumnal equinox day); this solution also handles those.
