1. IR interview conducted at the end of August. Interviewed and toured the company at its headquarters in Ageo. The company has strong overall capabilities, but there are many old-fashioned aspects typical of long-established companies, and the diversified nature of its business—due to horizontal expansion—makes its operations complex and hard to grasp.
