As I mentioned yesterday, overseas hedge funds have been selling Japanese stocks as a hedge while buying U.S. stocks, but with the U.S. tapering expected this year, they appear to be changing their strategy.
When prices rise and the short selling ratio increases, it seems that the buying and selling forces of overseas hedge funds are colliding.
If the short covering strengthens, the Nikkei average will rise.
