Would you like one EUR/GBP EA?
Hello everyone. This is Yashiki from the GogoJungle Sales Department.
The currency pairs popular in EA are, above all, USD/JPY and EUR/USD,
EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, GBP/USD, AUD/JPY, and such.
There are EAs that support multiple currencies, of course, but
there are many products that target cross-yen and dollar crosses.
Recently we also often see EAs for the nearby currency pair called the Aussie-NZ (AUD/NZD).
Amidst that, let's focus on an EUR/GBP EAand searched for one.
There is a strong correlation and it is not much affected by risk-on or risk-off periods
and it seems the Brexit issue has finally settled down.
A difficult currency pairis said to beEUR/GBPhowever,
are there any EAs that can win with this pair?
Driven by this personal interest, I searched for one.
“Did I just stumble upon something amazing!?”

This is an EURGBP-specific EA developed by a popular developer, known as The Foreign Warrior.
In the product introduction,「The product description will be provided later」
so perhaps many users may have missed it.
The logic could be considered a spoiler, and there is no developer information, so I will refrain from making casual comments, but
I ran a backtest for three years starting from July 2017.
Using the current spread,PF 3.25is a figure that can be expected.
Considering spreads widening and differences by broker,2.0when tested with a spread of 2.0, performance dropped slightly,PF is 2.26and the maximum drawdown was low at3.03%!
Isn't this a very stable EA?
The popularity of the developer and the product's reliability are in sync, aren't they?
Developers registered with Gogojungle have posted backtests covering nearly 18 years of data since 2003.The results are also superb!
The main reason I examined the EURGBP pair is that I think it could be a currency pair needed for a portfolio.
If included beyond cross-Yen and dollar crosses, in terms of trading volume it would be a high-priority pair.
This EA has data from before and after Brexit and has continued to win, making it a risk hedge
