Nikkei average continues to fall
With daily scarce materials, the stock market leaned toward profit-taking, focusing on high-tech stocks.
While U.S. stocks stay near the highs, the Nikkei average cannot shake concerns over domestic demand and shows no clear sign of a pickup.
With domestic conditions heading toward the third wave of the coronavirus infections and a state of emergency issued, when U.S. stocks also move with some adjustments, the upside becomes merely a matter of price appeal and support is weak.
