【2021.6.22】Yesterday's Market Reflection and Today's Considerations

Stock price: U.S. stocks rebounded and rose yesterday with the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 586.89, the S&P 500 up 58.34, and the Nasdaq up 111.10. Last week, Fed Chair Jerome Powell suggested that the Fed is starting to discuss tapering, and U.S. stocks fell. Usually a decline ends after a second bottom forms. Considering the increasing likelihood that U.S. tapering may occur in the future and the possibility of the market attempting a second bottom, it may be dangerous to assume the decline has stopped.
