The underlying trend of U.S. and world equity markets is currently bullish, indicating that the conditions of the U.S. economy, politics, and central banks have remained nearly perfect. In other words, since the economy recorded a recession after last year's pandemic shock, it has been continuing a strong recovery. The U.S. government has secured abundant liquidity through unprecedented stimulus, resulting in U.S. debt rising to $6 trillion. Despite data showing rising inflation, the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) remains committed to ZIRP (zero interest rate policy). The Fed argues that inflation is temporary, but many economists do not agree.
And what I want to comment on from the perspective of geocosmic theory is the latter point—that is, the Fed's extreme monetary easing stance.
