Looking by sector, tech stocks showed a soft trend but broadly all stocks were bought, and U.S. stocks rose again to the high-price range.
With rising interest rates in mind, growth stocks appear heavy and their upside is restrained, but it seems to be developing like allocations to stocks that lagged during the COVID period.
The trend over the past 1-2 months during stock price rises is similar, so while expectations for an economic recovery are clearly in focus, stocks of companies that have surged significantly are being forced to take profits, and the profits realized seem to be used to dress lower-priced stocks.
Investor sentiment is leaning bullish, and with VIX still high, volatility is pronounced, but it is expected to gradually narrow and transition into a more stable bottom.
