We created this as an addon to extend the functionality of the MT4 Dow Theory Trend Monitor, but
Because it is a standard indicator, it can be used on its own even without the MT4 Dow Theory Trend Monitor.
The Dow Theory uptrend criterion is that the highs are updated (new highs) and the lows are not updated; the downtrend criterion is
that the lows are updated and the highs are not updated. We draw the trendline according to this criterion.
Dow Theory-based trendlines can be automatically displayed to ride the trend.
