Long-term investors may take breaks, but their minds and eyes do not rest
Hello. I rarely have a chance to open my NOTEPC, so the updates have been slow. I'm sorry.
Seeing the current Nikkei average at 27,663 yen, I cannot think this is a good environment.
The Nikkei average is high. The investment target remains expensive, JR East is cheaper now, but I still believe Tokyo's decline continues.
It has mostly become just observation. I have received reports that “weekends in Tokyo aren’t seeing fewer people, but nighttime dining establishments are closed.”
From now on, there will surely be deterioration of currency, deterioration of debt—i.e., defaults—everything will happen.
I’m not good at writing in a monthly-締め (closing) format, so I will write articles in a different format from now on.
You don’t need to register; you can view each article one by one. I'm sorry. Thank you.
