4人目のトレーダーは今すぐクビにしろ

The fourth trader should be fired immediately.
Otherwise, your precious funds will run dry.
Because this fourth trader is...
You might wonder what you’re suddenly hearing. But this is the truth.
For example, imagine four traders personified in your mind as follows.
The first trader is a capable lazy trader
The second trader is a capable hard-working trader
The third trader is an incapable lazy trader
The fourth trader is an incapable hard-working trader
The first trader contemplates how to win easily (without overburdening the mind).
The second trader thinks of methods, techniques, or rules to win and implements them.
The third trader does not think or act on his own, but if there are rules, he follows them accordingly.
And what’s problematic is the fourth trader.
Because he is diligent, he trades often and incurs losses with incompetent judgments. Also, even if there are rules, he changes them and implements them on his own. He believes he is improving the rules, but due to his incompetence it actually worsens them.
This is a saying attributed to German military officer Hans von Seeckt, applied here to map Seeckt’s organizational doctrine onto a brain-trader pictogram.
【Seeckt’s Organizational Theory】
Soldiers can be classified into four types.
The capable lazy are for the commander,
The capable worker is for the staff,
The incapable lazy are for the lower ranks,
The incapable worker should be executed
Commander (the capable lazy)
Because he is lazy, he can delegate to subordinates. He also contemplates how to make it easier for himself and for the unit to win.
Staff (the capable worker)
He thinks and tries to act on his own, so rather than leading subordinates, he assists the commander as staff and handles all pre-operations.
Lower ranks (the incapable lazy)
He does not think and act on his own, but follows orders from above.
Execution (the incapable worker)
He cannot make proper judgments himself, yet he acts on his own and does unnecessary things.
Doesn’t everyone have these four traders in their mind? Of course, as a beginner you may only notice the third and fourth traders. However, with experience and study, you nurture the first and second traders in your brain.
Also, the third trader’s rules can be profitable when they are good, but this fourth, the incapable worker trader, must be fired from your mind immediately.Having this single trader can pose a threat that could wipe out your entire unit (your funds).
Isn’t there one inside you as well?
Unless you fire the incompetent hard-working trader who mass-produces unfounded extra positions and causes losses or who suddenly changes the rules in the middle of a trade, losses will only increase.
