 The fourth and fourth-year cycle began in March 2020. It is highly unlikely to peak until mid-2022. The Nikkei average is assumed to generally rise.

 However, when factoring in the first 15.5-month cycle and the pattern of a “1” year (top around August), the expected peak time is June 2021 ± 2 months, and the low around September ± 1 month.

 A buying opportunity in the first half of the year is expected to arrive in the PC bottom in the first week of March 2021 ± 4 weeks (from the last week of January to the last week of March). Considering anniversary dates, this low is likely February 3–5, March 2, and March 19–23.
