Last week recap - USD/JPY moves further toward stronger yen!? People who struggle to trade successfully with the line method and their causes
First, let's look back at the analysis article for USD/JPY on Thursday.
*As of Thursday, the value to be mindful of on Friday has appeared. ⇒ As a result, Friday reached its high at this point and closed a bit lower.
In this way, with the line method I learned (Keikana Line), you can read future values in advance by drawing the line.
In this way, there are good ways to draw lines in the world. (Which one you choose depends on your own eye for it, I think)
However,
even with a perfectly matching line or indicator like this, trading may not go well in some cases.
Why is that?
Two causes will be introduced.
① Start trading before you have mastered the line method (technical techniques).
*What you understand in your head and drawing the line yourself are different.
Even if you could draw well when learning, you may not draw well once on your own afterward.
That means you have not yet mastered it.
*Draw the line according to the defined line in what you learned until the candlestick actually stops at that line.
(No matter how much you draw, if it doesn’t hit exactly, maybe that method is incorrect)
*Verify the technique you learned (try it in a demo account, etc.). Then start trading.
② Do not trade according to the drawn line and rules.
*No matter what method you learn, if you trade while ignoring the rules defined by that method, ...
For example, after drawing a line, you think, “It might go higher!” and you don’t close the position there. Such things, and so on.
Why is that?
That is because...
[You are prioritizing your own rules (hunches, feelings, mood) over the method's rules] , I think.
If this tendency appears, unless you correct it, investing itself will become gambling.
And, I think the people with this tendency are more likely to start trading before obtaining item ①.
Wait for the method's rules > your own greed to guide your trading.
Well then, I will analyze tomorrow morning’s movement and this week’s key values using the line method (Keikana Line).
