Weekend events and this week's market outlook

Hello everyone, how are you spending your weekend?

Old-school mobile phones (feature phones) are still working on their main job on weekends and today I was giving Yuki Mama-san a lesson in FX and cryptocurrency.

Now this week, the central banks of the United States, United Kingdom, Turkey, and Japan will announce their policy rates. As for the U.S. dollar, the base currency, market participants have almost fully priced in a rate hike, so if the hike goes as expected, there will likely be a sell bias due to the Sella Fact, and if by any chance there is no surprising hike, the rate could drop by about 2 yen, but I think that would be unlikely; the standard trajectory is upward, isn’t it?

Personally, I’d be happy if the beloved Turkish lira would rise due to a rate increase, but I think rates will mostly stay as they are.

It was that kind of weekend, but I, hooked on chronic position-itis and trading addiction, continued to diligently make deals in cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP) and others throughout the weekend.
