Why is there an increase in COVID-19 cases?
The other day I went to Shinagawa during the daytime. (Of course by car)
I wanted to go to the other side across the railroad, so I walked through the passage at Shinagawa Station, but
I was surprised to see a “group of foreigners” here and there in the station.
People carrying suitcases, most of them being Asian foreigners,
Even if they weren’t carrying suitcases, they probably had just arrived in Japan.
【A group wearing masks that Japanese people don’t wear and that aren’t sold in Japan】 was seen here and there.
I wonder how many people are entering the country in total?
Are proper inspections being conducted upon entry?
When I looked into it, it seems that the 14-day quarantine was waived, and entry has been relaxed since November.
The articles I read said that many are for business purposes, but most of the groups I saw seemed to be composed of families.
Is the increase in COVID-19 cases caused by... really the GO TO (Goto) situation?
In the United States, it seems visa validity for Chinese Communist Party members has been shortened to one month.
Next month, these people will have to leave the United States. Will they return to China?
What will happen to CCP members and their families who are used to the freedom in America, and where will they go... where could they be headed?
If a large number enter and bring the COVID virus, which is spreading in the United States, what will happen? It makes me a little anxious.
Even if GO TO is stopped, I feel that simply allowing more foreign entrants who are exempt from the 14-day stay won't solve anything.
I imagine that the same thing will happen again if China does not stop allowing Chinese tourists to enter during the Lunar New Year in February.
From now on, medical collapse is likely, so even if you contract COVID and become seriously ill, there may not be beds in hospitals.
So we must absolutely avoid getting infected.
Please be careful, everyone.
