The Dow Jones yesterday edged up slightly,

and is it a continuing bull market after all?

The Shanghai Composite Index continued to rise.

USD/JPY rebounded to the high 109s.

NY Gold fell back.

Tomorrow, Friday 6/9, we will hold

the Trade Research Group & Seminar

and have begun preparing the materials.

This time four students will present,

and once all their presentation materials are ready, just by reading these materials

I believe this event will be

a very good and highly informative one.

Like them in the past,

when I began to make profits

I was a little bit apart from other individual investors

and stood like a senior investor.

In fact, I have even been interviewed about it.

I experienced losses,

and later learned to generate profits,

and by sharing those real experiences with other investors,

people around me came to know the truths of investing,

and began to change.

Even after more than ten years have passed since then,

I have become somewhat distant from the average individual investor

and have become somewhat distant from them.

And the students I taught

go on to convey their own experiences just like I did,

and provide hints to other investors.

I always say, “Investing requires rules that fit you.”

In this batch of students’ presentations,

there is the same feeling, which I would like to share.

“To continue investing, it is necessary to create rules that you are convinced by.”

“Keep studying until you find something you are convinced of.”

“Find something you can continue.”

“Perseverance pays off, I believe. It’s never too late to start.

Step by step, gradually is fine.

And investing is fair. If you prepare well and proceed,

you can win fairly. Conversely, if you repeat careless actions,

you will lose fairly.”

The four profit-making individual investors will, in their own words,

tell their common message in their own ways,

I think.

To profit in investing is just that kind of thing.
