by adopting the technology of this Zcash

for privacy on its own platform,

that is, they partnered because of it.

With that news, Zcash

price skyrocketed, surging more than threefold

in a single move.

Apart from the initial surge at release,

it had been trading in a low range,

and this partnership with a major bank

demonstrates the high tech quality of Zcash

itself.
