After graduating from Sophia University Faculty of Economics (major: Statistics), I moved from the domestic insurance company’s securities investment division to become Chief Strategist and Head of Equity Management at UAM Japan Inc. Subsequently, I held roles such as Chief Strategist and Head of Operations at Proud Investment Advisors, QUICK, and MCP Group, one of Asia’s largest fund-of-funds. Leveraging 28 years of fund management experience, in 2014 I became President of Spring Capital Corp. Currently, I serve as a commentator for Radio Nikkei “Aza zai” and for Nikkei CNBC TV “Evening Express.” I am a member of the Japanese Securities Analysts Association Certification program.
