Performance from the beginning of this year up to yesterday (June 3) using the USD/JPY 1-hour chart (backtest results).
Weekend close is enabled (close time 23:00). By enabling weekend close, the effects of weekly gaps disappear, and forward tests and backtests align well (the difference is only due to spread fluctuations).
Note, in fx-on forward testing, weekend close is turned off, so we were hit by the gap on April 24 (after the French presidential election).
