Episode 1: We will publish overseas investment-related information from abroad! (Greetings at the start of writing)
Nice to meet you, my name is Pomza (a man in his 30s). I am in my sixth year living abroad and currently reside in Cambodia. I plan to continue living with a focus on Southeast Asia. I also have experience in business and real estate investments in Southeast Asia, with both ventures that ended in failure and ones that yielded substantial profits.
This time, a GogoJungle associate suggested that I contribute, and I thought I might be able to provide useful information to users, so I decided to begin writing. This platform will cover somewhat unusual topics, but here I will share information on overseas investments from the perspective of someone living abroad and an investor.
Among those who invest or trade in FX or stocks, there are likely people who are considering overseas real estate or overseas business investments in the future. If you hold such prospects, I would be grateful if you could use my future posts as a reference to deepen your understanding of overseas investments.
For this first post, I will write about the cautionary notes regarding overseas investment information that can be obtained in Japan.
Currently, even within Japan you can gain knowledge about overseas investments through participation in overseas real estate seminars and similar events. I do recommend attending such events to acquire knowledge. However, I do not recommend participating to evaluate investment opportunities. In my experience, attractive overseas investment opportunities available in Japan are extremely limited.
