How did the Dow-Nikkei spread short work out for you?
Today, as the Dow fell and broke the downward trend line, I took partial profits of about 70%.
I’ll just think about where to unwind the rest of the short.
If it goes up, it’ll be easy since you only need to consider the payoff point of the Dow short.
I’ll hold the Nikkei.

As an individual trader, I plan to close out the current Dow-Nikkei spread position, so I expect to be flat today.
Dollar-Yen

It’s been a while for USD/JPY, but there isn’t any particular distortion, so I’d like to buy a dip around 106.2 near the horizontal level.
I’m viewing it mainly within a triangle consolidation, so I expect a range.
Since the horizontal level remains effective, I’ll just set an alert and check it if it activates.

Cable

GBP/USD has reached the time-frame level of horizontal support/resistance.
I’d like to short on a pullback after a clear break back to the same horizontal level, but if I don’t confirm a roll reversal, the stop on the horizontal level could trigger a big short-cover, so be careful with aggressive short entries.
Also, there are reports that today a Brexit modification bill will be submitted, so today may be volatile as well.

Dollar-Canada

USD/CAD is steadily rising on the back of weak crude oil prices.
As I’ve been saying since the monthly candles started with a bullish move, this timing of the break signals various things, so for a while a dip-buy strategy is fine.
Right now, I’d like to enter near the horizontal around 1.3135.
If it comes down to around this level, I’d like to hold a long position.

Summary
The instrument selection is somewhat awkward, so today is a bit lighter.
Also, since there is the ECB policy rate decision meeting on the 10th tomorrow, the author will focus only on the Dow-Nikkei spread until that content is known.
