In the previous article, I wrote about the main players and the supporting actors in the market.
With that in mind, I would like to analyze the market environment.
First, please take a look at this.
This is the yield on the US 10-year Treasury, commonly called the 10-year yield.
It rises when bonds are sold and falls when they are bought.
As I wrote in the previous article, you should understand that bonds have the largest investment scale globally.
If interest rates are rising, in other words bonds are being sold, where does that money go? It moves into stocks and commodities of various countries.
It is commonly referred to as a risk-on state.
