“As featured on Toyo keizai ONLINE” How to choose stocks
Good morning, this is Matsushita.
One of the questions I often receive from individual investors is
“I don’t know how to pick stocks.”
Until now I have answered this question each time, but
if you understand the targeting investment theory that I am proposing anew,
this worry will also be resolved.
The reason you don’t know how to pick stocks is that
you don’t even know what kind of price movement you want to turn into profit,
because targeting is missing.
For example, in stock investing,
compared with the intrinsic value of the company and
the stock is positioned at an undervalued price,
if you are targeting value investing and
aiming for a long-term investment,
you would select stocks by confirming fundamentals and using technical analysis
to identify undervalued price positions.
On the other hand, if you are targeting a breakout in a short-term trade
where the momentum of price rises is strong,
you would choose stocks using only chart patterns and technical indicators
that show strong uptrends.
“I don’t know how to pick stocks.”
This question, which I have received hundreds of times,
actually becomes answerable once you understand the targeting investment theory
and clarify your own target.
The targeting investment theory has gradually become clear as a theory
that solves the worries of various investors and leads to profits.
From now on I will teach this theory,
so study it carefully to resolve your worries.
I will teach this theory so that you can eliminate your concerns.
I will teach this theory from now on,
so study it thoroughly and resolve your worries.
