Yesterday's Dow and Nikkei declines,while the question of how far they will fall depends on U.S. stocks, the deviation from the 20-day moving averageexpanded to as much as -19.5% in the week of the March low, and this week, after recording a rebound high, expanded to +8.9%.
That portion will largely disappear.
