I addressed the concern: "Rising Ishimu by Jojo Shiro? If you place a buy order at the opening, it becomes negative."
Hello everyone. I’m Akiko Shiro.
Lately it’s February, but there have been warm days, hasn’t there? The first signs of spring are even earlier than last year by about 15 days, quite surprising. While warm weather is welcome, I’m sure many people are thinking about pollen too. Let’s take early measures so pollen doesn’t beat us.
Today's video answers the question, “What should I do if buying on the opening leads to a minus?”
This is a question I often receive.
When there is a brand you absolutely want to buy, it’s easy to rush, but I have my own rules for entering at the open, so I’ll explain them.
First, entering at the open means you expect it to rise afterward and form a bullish candlestick.
However, please remember that if the stock price rises vigorously and becomes overburchased, there are often selling pressures to take profits, causing a bearish candle.
So my rules for entering at the open are
・The stock is in an uptrend.
・The previous day's candlestick is a bullish candle with a upper shadow.
・The indicative order seems to start within the previous day’s upper shadow.
These are the criteria.
Having an upper shadow can be interpreted as a signal to fall afterward, but since starting within that upper shadow can negate the downward force, I may enter at the open when these conditions align.
Conversely, there are conditions under which I decide not to enter at the open.
That is when the MACD is at or below zero and it is expected to gap up at the open from pre-market pricing.
If there is an expectation of a strong rise at the start, it can be tempting to buy, but in this case the profits of those who bought lower may lead to selling pressure, potentially causing a downward wave.
Please reference these considerations when thinking about entering at the open.
