Winner is in good shape! Will the USD/JPY reach a turning point?
Good work everyone!
This is Nobushi.
Today I was busy with work, so updates ended up at this time.
Today’s USD/JPY, EUR/USD, and GBP/JPY movements were different from last week and showed clean action.
By "clean movement," I mean that the uptrends or downtrends moved in an orderly fashion.
Entry signals for all three currencies were from daytime to early evening, so I could enter as soon as the notification emails arrived.
Late at night, I often couldn’t enter though...

The email notification also shows the direction of the higher timeframes’ 1-hour and daily charts, so you can quickly see whether you are trading with or against the higher timeframe trend.
What I entered this time were GBP/JPY and USD/JPY, but both were counter-trend at entry, so I exited for small profits.
I didn’t enter EUR/USD, but it was showing a very strong trend.
No point dwelling on regrets, but considering last week’s Brexit-related impact, I judged it better not to touch it.
Please view each price movement on the 15M chart.
USD/JPY

EUR/USD

GBP/JPY

All of them were able to capture the trend formation nicely.
Regarding GBP/JPY, if I weren’t working, it would have been an excellent opportunity to trail and ride the gains, but...
That’s the downside of having a secondary job…汗
Getting as much as possible when you can is important, but I couldn’t do that this time.
A point for reflection.
Now, the USD/JPY is of particular interest to me as a very turning point.
As I’ve mentioned before, the daily chart for USD/JPY shows the Winner value has fallen toward the previous low.
I’m watching very closely whether it will rebound from here or break down further.

Recently, the Winner signal flashed a downside sign.
Technically the daily candle hasn’t closed yet, so I can’t say the signal is confirmed, but...
If it remains confirmed on the daily and the signal stays on, downside risk will come into play.
However, I plan to judge trend reversal by whether the sub-window’s Winner value breaks the red line or reverses.
If it breaks down, the uptrend that has continued since last summer may come to an end.
In that sense, I think this could be a turning point.
Conversely, if it holds and reverses upward, the dollar could remain strong for longer...
This week I intend to pay attention to those points.
Let’s ride the wave again this week and aim for huge profits!!
