In the new April fiscal year, there are new hires and people who transfer in the new year.
So they will have to learn new work.
In any job, if you faithfully do what you were taught, you can learn the job quickly, right?
If you don’t faithfully do what you were taught, it’s hard to learn.
It’s a very obvious topic, but I see many failed traders lack sincerity.
I will share a story from a management consultant. This is allowed to be reposted, so I’ll repost it.
■ Sincerity Power
As the words say, become sincere! not just superficially, but wholeheartedly!
But it’s not about simply becoming sincere.
It means to become wholeheartedly sincere to the end!
When my company was failing, I consulted many senior entrepreneurs.
They didn’t take money from me
and listened to my concerns with genuine care.
Each piece of advice became my treasure.
They truly thought with me about what to do to get my company back on track
and worked together to figure it out.
Sometimes in a stern tone, sometimes in a gentle tone, they patted my back and encouraged me.
If at that time, I had said to them, what would you do?
‘That’s your idea, isn’t it?’
‘You can do it because you have money.’
‘You can do it because you have ability, right?’
‘I’ll try it when I have saved enough money.’
‘Oh, I’m sure I can’t do it.’
‘I’ll try it when the time comes.’
‘Oh, I’ll do it someday.’
Afterwards, they would likely stop giving any advice
and our relationship would have ended.
In my daily consulting work, many clients ask me
How can I make money?
Is there an easy and effortless way to earn?
Even if they don’t say it out loud, you can feel that they think so.
That becomes clear from their responses to my advice.
‘Really… does it have to be that much?’
‘Do I have to do that much?’
‘I don’t have that much time.’
‘I’m bad with computers…’
Do successful entrepreneurs all have plenty of time?
Do successful entrepreneurs all excel at computers?
Even I don’t know much about computers now.
Saying you don’t have time, or you’re not free, or you don’t understand, is
an excuse not to act.
If you want to get your own business on track or succeed,
you only say cool things at first, just to impress.
Then when asked to try this and that, people run away.
Busy entrepreneurs work hard behind the scenes.
What is the essence of sincerity power?
Be relentlessly sincere! To the extreme, fully honest!
Act with unwavering honesty and clarity!

Trading requires testing and practice. Everyone who is winning does it.
Even when I discuss this, most people won’t sincerely do it.
As in the above management tale, many people want to earn easily, which is common in other businesses as well.

How can I make money?
Is there an easy, effortless way to earn?
Even if they don’t say it aloud, you can feel that they think so.
‘Really… does it have to be that much?’
‘Do I have to do that much?’
‘I don’t have that much time.’
When I recommend a verification software, I often hear the same answer.
Is FT3 (verification software) that expensive?
Do I have to do that much?
I don’t have time or money for that.
I think even people who don’t verify can be motivated to win. If you don’t want to win, you won’t trade.
However,you want to win without verification or practice, right?
In the end, it’s about wanting to earn easily and effortlessly.
If you hear or see the mindset and methods of those who win, and you learn them, how sincerely can you apply them?
