My old trading journal. I write it in my study notebook, carry it with me, and if I have time I review it.
We all take the same path, right.
We try not to raise the lot and just grab the easy parts,- the control of greed is what you can see we’re working on
It’s like a battle with one’s own greed, after all, controlling greed is difficult, isn’t it.
When you speak to yourself in handwriting, the effect might be high.
Keep fund management.
Don't increase the lot even in places where you are confident.
No matter how confident you are, there are times you’ll lose in trading.
Don’t trade emotionally. If you notice you’re getting emotional, step away from your seat.
Name the other self and view objectively.
Make an effort to reduce the number of trades.
Just take the easy parts.
