[Early Release Scenario] Shall we look at everyone’s favorite USD/JPY?
My favorite pound-yen, at first glance, feels like “there’s nothing to take here,” so I haven’t been watching it closely.
So I’ve been focusing on USD/JPY, and I’ve started to like USD/JPY as well.
If you keep watching, will you grow attached?
Shall we watch USD/JPY, which everyone loves?
Yesterday’s scenario is here ⇒USD/JPY front-run scenario
It was a scenario to sell on the return.
It largely moved as the scenario imagined. The return was small, making it difficult to enter near the line.
A small return means the decline is strong, doesn’t it?
In the scenario, the take-profit target was 107.487, but I’m still extending profits.
Since it’s the morning close and it has paused for the moment, I’ll take profits only for half in the morning.
I’ll expand the take-profit target line and look at it.
I was watching around the red circle to see if a new low would form.
If you don’t know how to define a new low, please read my past articles.
No new low formed and it fell further, so I didn’t take profits and aimed further down.
If I could confirm that the take-profit line 107.487 is repeatedly stopped or that the low is rising, I would have taken profits.
In the initial stage, I recommend taking profits at the take-profit line.
Sometimes I set limits and take profits, but in this case,
small return = strong decline
so I think it’s a scene where it’s okay to aim further down.
Today’s scenario is like this. It feels the same as yesterday.
The stop-loss is placed above the scenario’s selling line.
If the decline continues as is, this line won’t be broken, so I’ve placed the stop-loss here.
When entering a new short position, the basic rule is to place the stop-loss above the scenario’s selling line.
I discuss things like market awareness here. ⇒USD/JPY market awareness and how to draw a scenario
There’s also an explanation of the scenario in the video. It just occurred to me now.
