Only fools believe they learn from their own experience. I actually prefer to learn from others’ experiences from the start to avoid my own mistakes.

Even though I was stuck, my grades were not at a negative level.

Recent results.

First, keeping records is incredibly important.

The above table shows “31 trades with a 45% win rate.”

If the win rate falls below 50% and more than half are losing, it tends to feel like a significant loss in practice.

That can cause you to panic or get frustrated and self-sabotage.

However, by keeping records, you can verify that you aren’t losing as much as you feel.

This kind of awareness is also huge.

Even with a 45% win rate, 31 trades yielded a 26.2% return.

Even dipping below 50% win rate, you could still have a big-win result.

Trades can be profitable even without a high win rate.

For that, money management and stop-loss are crucial.

If you can do that, it’s hard to blow half your capital.
