The market tests self-control more than knowledge.

When I look at the quotes I found this week, I feel that in investing, not only is it difficult to increase knowledge, but it is also about facing my own emotions.
When the market crashes it looks like a buying opportunity, and when it rises you don’t want to miss out. When there are profits, you want more, and if you don’t have a position you get bored and trade unnecessarily.
All of these are things you realize once you have investment experience.
Even if you understand it as knowledge, it does not necessarily mean you can act the same way in actual markets.
Looking at these quotes this time gave me an opportunity to reflect on my own trading again.
