Profit-taking point? Tell me? [Free]

Take-profit point? Tell me?
“Where should I take profit?”
I cannot answer this question.
Because, you are trying to decide the take-profit point in your head first.
If it rises a little, you get scared and take profits.
After you take profit, the price continues to rise drastically.
Or you set a target like, “It should go this far,” and wait.
If it doesn’t reach, it comes back and your profits disappear in the end.
Both have the same cause.
Because you are trying to decide the take-profit point with your own head.

▶ Dow Theory. In the end, Dow Theory. The first is most important. It’s fundamental.
This explains the basics of how to handle highs and lows. If you read this before this article, you’ll clearly understand where the “five-minute pullback low” is.
https://www.gogojungle.co.jp/finance/navi/articles/129105
See if it applies to you
□ You take profits as soon as it稍 rises
□ After taking profit, you often see it rise a lot
□ You set a target like, “It should go this far,” and you’re denied that point
□ The take-profit location changes every time
If two or more apply, what you read in this article is the reason your profits aren’t growing.
Let the chart decide the take-profit location
I don’t decide take-profit points in advance.
Because no one knows how far it will rise.
Instead, I do this.
Chase the five-minute pullback low (or, in a downtrend, the pullback high) and raise the stop-loss accordingly.
And the point where your stop is hit becomes your take-profit.
While the price keeps rising, new five-minute pullback lows form.
Each time, move your stop-loss below those levels.
When the ascent ends, the five-minute pullback low is broken.
That’s where you close—this is take-profit.
In other words, you exit where the upward pattern collapses.
This connects to the previous “breakeven settlement”
Putting the flow together, it goes like this.
1. Before entering, decide your stop-loss
2. If it rises by the same amount as the stop-loss width, move the stop to the breakeven (you stop losing here)
3. After that, follow the five-minute pullback lows, moving the stop up
4. When you break the pullback low, you close = take-profit
Since you’ve moved it to the breakeven, you won’t lose anymore.
Therefore, there’s no reason to fear and exit early.
Follow the chart up to where it rises.
The place to exit is shown by the chart.
What you can learn from the video
・In actual charts, chasing the five-minute pullback low
・Timing for raising the stop loss and where to do it
・When the pullback low is broken and take-profit occurs
・What is different when you exit too early
Who this video is for
・People who take profits as soon as it slightly rises
・People who feel frustrated watching it rise after taking profit
・People whose take-profit locations vary each time and have no rule
From here on, I will explain carefully using actual charts in a video.
Explanatory video
Note: video points
・Don’t decide take-profit points in advance
・After moving to breakeven, chase the five-minute pullback low (or, in a downtrend, the pullback high) and raise the stop
・When the pullback low is broken, you close, and that becomes take-profit
・Exit when the upward pattern collapses. This is determined by the chart, not your feelings
Summary: after moving to breakeven, just confirm two things
1. On the five-minute chart, did a new pullback low form
2. Was the stop moved up to below that pullback low
Repeat these two steps.
There is no longer a need to think about “where to take profits.”
Finally
“Please tell me the take-profit point.”
I understand that feeling well.
However, the moment you decide the take-profit point,
your profits will have an upper limit.
Take-profit is not something you decide; it’s the result of following the chart.
Decide your stop loss, move it to breakeven, and chase the five-minute pullback low.
If you have these three aligned, you will hardly hesitate after entering.
The mindset in this article can be used for currency pairs other than GOLD as well.
Also, in a downtrend, everything is reversed (follow the five-minute pullback high, and move the stop down).
However, due to differences in each instrument’s price movement and trading conditions, the same result is not guaranteed.
