[Urgent] VPS Shutdown Notice — Temporarily pausing EA forward verification

Hello, this is Yoko.

Today we are changing the schedule to bring you an urgent announcement.The VPS we are using is from a provider that experienced a cyber attack, so it has been offline since this morning.As a result, all EAs undergoing forward testing are halted.

First, here are the key points

・Two VPSs we were using were stopped by the provider's decision,on the morning of October 21, 2026(stoppages by the provider occur sequentially after 4:00)

・On the VPS,all EAs are in a stopped state(forward testing is also paused)

・Ourlive accounts do not hold large positions.

・For forward results,there will be gaps during the stop period. We will state this plainly, without concealing it

What happened

We were usingonamae.com Desktop Cloud(VPS). The provider announced the following.

・On October 20, it was confirmed that some customers’ servers (VPS) had unauthorized programs installed

・Information stored on the servers might have been viewed

・To prevent further damage,all plansservers will be stopped sequentially after 4:00 on October 21

・During the stop, MT4/MT5 and EAs on the servers will also stop. However,any positions held will remain as they are unless settled

・As of now, there is no confirmed leakage of personal information or misuse of viewed information. Payment information such as credit cards is not retained

※The above is a summary of the provider’s announcement. We will refrain from guessing about causes or the extent of damage. The restart timing will be announced by the provider as soon as it is confirmed.

Our situation

After reading the provider’s email, we attempted to connect to the VPS at 8:00 AM, but it was already offline. Here is what we know.

Stopped VPS 2 units (both stopped by the provider. Currently cannot connect or operate from here)
Stopped EAs All EAs running on the VPSwere stopped(all products under forward testing)
Live accounts There were no accounts with large positions
Forward-testing accounts When attempting to connect to the VPS at 8:00 AM, it was already stopped (the exact stop time will be either October 21, 4:00 or later, as the provider announced).At the time of stoppage, the only holding was the averaging-down EURUSD position. It remained open without settlement; after restart, the EA will take over. Other products had no open positions and were stopped.
Restart prospects Undetermined. We are waiting for the provider’s communication. We will announce as soon as decided in this series.

Also,we, the purchasers, do not hold personal information of customers. This is managed by GoGoJungle and is not on the stopped VPS.

Impact on forward testing and our policy

The stop will affect forward testing on GoGoJungle’s product listings. Here are three commitments we make.

①The stop period will be left blank in records.We will not add results later or make them look cleaner.

②We will record the restart date.We will make clear where is before the stop and where is after restart.

③We will report without hiding what happened during the stop period.If there were any open positions, we will inform how they were handled and the results.

About held positions
As of the stop, the remaining positions werethe averaging-down and flexible EURUSD positions. The unrealized loss was2,722 yen(as of 12:56 on October 21)Our policy:

Recovery is expected in the short term,so we will not settle this position and will keep it as is.Manually settling would create records that differ from the EA’s intended behavior. After restart, the EA will take over and manage it.

However, if the market moves substantially before restart, unrealized losses may widen. If recovery is prolonged, we will revisit the policy. In that case, we will note the settlement time and results in the forward records and report in this series.

While the EA is stopped, it cannot respond to market movements. Forward numbers may temporarily not reflect normal conditions. Those considering products should understand this and view the numbers accordingly.

We think there are users running our EAs on this service’s VPS as well. In accordance with the provider’s guidance,please do the following three things today.

①Check held positions and pending orders.Even if the server is down, positions remain. Please log in to the account using the MT4/MT5 mobile app to check. You can settle or cancel orders from the app. Do as you see fit.

②Change your password.If the ID/password is stored on the server, change it immediately. If you use the same password for other services, we recommend changing them as well.

③Beware of opportunistic scams.There may be phishing emails or suspicious contacts using this incident. Providers will not ask for passwords or credit card information via email or phone.
